Terry to Coach at Special Olympic World Games

NHSGCA member Lewis Terry of Spartanburg, SC, has been named Assistant Head Coach (Golf) for the 2007 World Games for Special Olympics. The competition will be held October 2-13, 2007, in Shanghai, China. Coach Terry will train with the athletes at Vanderbilt University during the summer of 2007.

Coach Terry has been involved with Special Olympics golf for three years. He has coached at the South Carolina state games (three years), the Southeastern games and the 2005 national games in Ames, Iowa. He is the head boys and girls golf coach at Paul M. Dorman High School in Roebuck, SC.
